The "All Applicant" will show the list of candidates who have applied for the jobs added by you as an employer.
The several tabs will show the list of candidates based on their status.
The "All" tab will show the list of all applied candidates.
The candidates with the tag will be listed at the top of the candidate's list.

Click on the candidate card to view their details which show the basic details of the candidate with their current status.
To view the details of the candidate click on the "View" button which will consume your one view count.
You can change the status of the candidate from this page also until the candidate's status is "Hired" or "Rejected".
The matching level indicator is displayed based on the skills and domains of the candidate.
The "Basic Information" includes the basic details of the candidate with the attached resume.
Apart from "Basic Information" you can view the "Experience", "Education", "Projects", "Certificates" and "Video and Questionnaire" added by the candidate.
Note: The employer will have limited number of candidate views based on the licence allocated to the employer by the admin.
The "All Applicant" module in the employer panel has a filter section on the left side of the page.
These filters will be used to reduce the list of candidates with appropriate results.
Let's see the description of each filter.
You can directly search for the candidate by entering their name in the search box to get the specific candidate.
This filter is character-specific, if incorrect spelling is entered no result will display.
Click on the dropdown button and enter at least 3 keywords to see the list of cities.
Select a location and get the results of the candidates belonging to that selected location.
Click on the dropdown button to see the list of skills available on the platform.
Select a particular skill to see the list of candidates having the same skill.
You can filter out candidates, based on their gender.
Select the checkbox for a particular gender and see the list of candidates based on your selection.
You can filter out candidates based on their experience.
Select the checkbox based on your requirement, you will get the list of candidates having the experience entered in their profile based on your selection.
In this section, we'll see the list of applicants based on their status. You can update the status of candidates directly from this page.
All: This section will show the list of all applicants who applied for the jobs posted by you.
Shortlist: This section will show the list of applicants who have been shortlisted by you for the applied job.
In-Interview: This section will show the list of candidates whose interviews have been scheduled.
Rejected: This section will show the list of rejected candidates.
Hired: This section will show the list of hired candidates.
Applied: This section will show the list of candidates who have applied for the jobs posted by you, but no action has been taken from your end.
