Managing employers' information from one location.

Employers' Data Management

To manage the employer profile the fields that the admin will manage will be in a tabular format on the platform as follows:

  1. Company Name: The name of the employer's company.

  2. Email: The email address of the employer.

  3. Phone number: The employer's contact number.

  4. City: The name of the city from where the employer belongs.

  5. Plan: The kind of subscription plan that the employer has purchased.

  6. Expiry: The expiration date of the existing subscription plan that the employer has purchased.

  7. Registration Date: The date on which the employer signed up on a platform.

  8. Last Login: The time and date of the last login attempt made by the employer.

  9. Status: This column shows the approval status of an employer by an Admin.

  10. Active: It will show the status of an employer whether an employer is active on the platform or not.

    1. You can select multiple employers and click to Action button to change the status of selected employers from active to inactive and vice versa.

  11. Action: Admin has the privilege to use "Edit", "Delete", "Impersonate", "Approval" and "SEO Management" for an employer.

    1. Edit: From the edit button you can update the details of an Employer.

    2. Delete: Using the delete button you can delete an Employer from the platform.

    3. Impersonate: You can impersonate the Employer's profile to address the interaction of the employer with the system.

    4. Approval: You can approve or decline an employer from the platform. Until any action is taken by you the status of the newly registered employer will be "Pending".

      • If the "Auto Approve Employer" is enabled in the Miscellaneous, you don't have to manually approve the newly registered employer, it will be approved by default.

    5. SEO Management: The goal of SEO management from the admin panel is to ensure that the website appears prominently on search engines so that more applicants can easily apply for jobs.

      1. Basic: It is the details displayed at the top of your website that help search engines identify details about the page.

        1. Meta title: A short website description shown when searched.

        2. Meta Description: Additional content in the form of text for the webpage of a website.

        3. Keywords: terms used to describe your website when searched.

        4. Author: The person or organization that created the website.

        5. Cover photo: The image that is displayed on social media when searched.

      2. Open Graph: It is a set of tags that help social media platforms display your website content correctly and quickly.

        1. Title: The text displayed as a title when someone shares your page on social media.

        2. Description: A short text is displayed below the title when someone shares the page on social media.

      3. Header: Using this place you can add the custom JavaScript/CSS in the head tag of your website.

        1. Add Script: A way to add custom JavaScript code to your category page.

Add Employer

  1. To add an employer from the admin panel, you have to fill in the details mentioned below:

    1. First Name

    2. Last Name

    3. Company Name

    4. Business Industry

    5. Licence Number (Optional)

    6. Email Address: Make sure it is correct as the employer will receive the login details on the same email address.

    7. Phone Number

    8. Country, Province/State and City

    9. Choose Plan: This dropdown will show the list of licences that can be assigned to the employer only by the admins.

    10. Set Expiry (Optional)

    11. Company Logo (Optional)

  2. Once you add an employer by entering the above-mentioned fields, the employer will receive the login details with the URL, username and system-generated password to access the platform.

Multi Select Activities

Export Employer

  1. You can select multiple employers and export the details of the employers in an Excel file if no employer is selected by default all the employers' details will be exported.

Change Employer Status

  1. Click on the action button that displays beside the "Export" button only on selecting an employer.

  2. A popup will open that will show the number of selections and the "Change Status" button.

  3. Click "Change Status", the active selected employers will become inactive and vice versa.
