Managing employers' information from one location.

The objective of managing employers is to identify the employers who have posted jobs over time. Additionally, it helps to recognize the various types of license plans that employers purchase regularly.

Employers' Data Management

To manage the employer profile the fields that will be managed by the admin are as follows:

  1. Company Name: The name of the employer's company.

  2. Email: The email address of the employer.

  3. Phone number: The employer's contact number.

  4. City: The name of the city from where the employer belongs.

  5. Plan: The kind of subscription plan that the employer has purchased.

  6. Expiry: The expiration date of the existing subscription plan that the employer has purchased.

  7. Registration Date: The date on which the employer signed up on a platform.

  8. Last Login: The time and date of the last login attempt made by the employer.

  9. Status: This column shows the approval status of an employer by an Admin.

  10. Active: It will show the status of an employer whether an employer is active on the platform or not.

  11. Action: Admin has the privilege to use "Edit", "Delete", "Impersonate", "Approval" and "SEO Management" for an employer.

  • Edit: From the edit button Admin can update the basic details of an Employer.

  • Delete: Using the delete button Admin can delete an Employer from the platform.

  • Impersonate: Admin can impersonate the Employer's profile to address the interaction of the employer with the system.

  • Approval: This button is used by an Admin to Approve or Decline an employer from the platform. Until the Admin takes any action on that employer the status of the employer will be "Pending".

SEO Management:

  • The goal of SEO management from the admin panel is to ensure that the website appears prominently on search engines so that more applicants can easily apply for jobs.

  • Basic: It is the details displayed at the top of your website that help search engines identify details about the page.

  • Meta title: A short website description shown when searched.

  • Meta Description: Additional content in the form of text for the webpage of a website.

  • Keywords: terms used to describe your website when searched.

  • Author: The person or organization that created the website.

  • Cover photo: The image that is displayed on social media when searched.

  • Open Graph: It is a set of tags that help social media platforms display your website content correctly and quickly.

Header:

Using this place you can add the custom JavaScript/CSS in the head tag of your website.

  • Add Script: A way to add custom JavaScript code to your category page.

  • Title: The text displayed as a title when someone shares your page on social media.

  • Description: A short text is displayed below the title when someone shares the page on social media.

License Information

The admin panel helps administrators see when employers' plans expire and sends them renewal reminders accordingly by viewing the expiry dates. This ensures employers don't miss renewing their plans.

Permissions

Active: An employer whose status is active will be able to post jobs.

Inactive: Employers in the admin panel will not be allowed to post jobs if they are turned inactive.

Add Employer: To add an employer from the admin panel fields like full name, company name, industry in employer is engaged, license number, contact details, location, purchased license plans, and their plan's expiration date will be necessary.

Export: This feature allows you to export every employer's record in CSV format.
