🎯Onboarding Process

This document will guide you step-by-step through the onboarding process to start using the Artha Job Board effectively.

Step 1: Sign up

1. Visit the Artha Registration Page.

2. Fill in the required details and click on Sign Up.

3. Enter the OTP sent to your registered email or phone number to verify your account.

4. Upon successful verification, you will be directed to the Welcome Screen.

Step 2: Customize Appearance

1. Explore the platform and Complete the Customize Appearance section:

• Upload your company logo and favicon. If unavailable, a default logo will be generated based on your company name initials.

  
• Your company name will auto-fetch from the signup form.

  
• Select a font and theme color (defaults will be applied if not selected).

  

1. Click Next to proceed.

   

Step 3: Currency Setup

1. Choose a currency or search for one if not available.

Step 4: Select Industry

1. Select your industry from the dropdown menu.

1. Based on your selection, job categories will automatically populate. You can also create custom job categories if needed.

   

Step 5: Onboarding Complete

1. After completing all the setup steps, A setup completion screen will display the time spent by the user during onboarding.

1. Users can share their onboarding experience on social media directly from this screen.

1. Complete Your Onboarding button to finish setting up and start using your job board. You're all set to get started!

Step 6: Continue Onboarding Anytime

1. To maximize the effectiveness of your platform, complete the following steps:

• Backfill Jobs Automatically populate your job board with the latest job listings.

• Connect Email Set up your email for branded and seamless communication.

• Import Candidate Data Upload candidate details using the import feature.

• Import Employer Data Add employer information in bulk for a quick start.
