How does AI Matching work on the Job Board?

AI Matching on the Job Board uses a smart, weighted algorithm to match candidates to jobs based on skills, experience, education, and projects—boosting engagement and easing hiring process.

AI Matching intelligently pairs candidates with jobs by evaluating experience, education, skills, and project relevance using an algorithm that ensures higher-quality matches, increased engagement, and better hiring outcomes for employers and job seekers.

How does AI Matching work for the Employers?

  1. The employer navigates to the "My Jobs" tab, and a list of the jobs posted by the employer is presented.

  2. When an employer views the list of jobs they have posted, the AI matching algorithm runs in the background to calculate and display the number of matched candidates for each job.

  3. If the matching process is still in progress, an animation is shown to indicate that the system is currently working on generating the results.

  4. When "Matched candidates" is clicked, the employer is redirected to a screen that shows all the candidates that are found suitable for the job in a card view with a matching level for each of them.

  5. The employer can hover over each candidate card and view the metrics for each candidate, which make them suitable for the job.

  6. The employer can click on the candidate card and view a detailed analysis of each candidate for the job post.

The detailed information and analysis of a candidate are as follows:

  • Candidate photo and name: This section shows the uploaded candidate's profile image and name.

  • Matching Level: This level gives the overall suitability of the candidate for the job post.

  • Metrics: This is the score of the candidate on each metric for the job post being considered.

  • Summary: This is an AI-generated summary of the candidate's profile that helps the employer make a decision in the hiring process.

  • Key Strengths: This section highlights the strengths of the candidate, which make them suitable for the job.

  • Potential Gaps: This section highlights the gaps in the candidate's profile according to the considered job post.

  • Feedback regarding the analysis: This section presents the employer to give their feedback on the AI-generated summary of the candidate profile.

  • Start Chat: The employer can start a chat with the candidate using this feature.

  • Candidate profile information: This is a snapshot of the candidate profile with information like location, gender, experience, etc.

  • Skills: This section gives a list of skill sets of the candidate.

  • Domain/Function: This is the job domain of the candidate.

  • Basic information: This section gives a snapshot of a candidate with information like contact details, location, gender, date of birth, etc.

  • The next sub-section gives information about the experience, education, projects, and certifications of the candidate.

  1. Similar Candidates: The employer is shown a list of candidates who have the same profile as the matched candidate being viewed and are suitable for the job post.

  1. The employer can click on "Back to match candidates" and now can return to see all the matched candidates in card view.

How does AI Matching work for the Candidates?

  1. The candidate navigates to the "All Jobs" tab and can view all the job listings on the job board.

  2. When a candidate clicks on a job post, they are redirected to the job details page to see the entire job post in detail.

  3. The candidate is presented here with a list of jobs that are similar to the job post being viewed by the candidate using the advanced AI algorithm, thus easing the process of job search.

  4. The candidate can also navigate to the "Recommended Job" tab and view the recommended job list according to the candidate's profile.

  5. The candidate is redirected to the job details page when a post is clicked on.

  6. The candidate is also presented here with a list of jobs that are similar to the job post being viewed by the candidate using the advanced AI algorithm.
